The Russian Navy can no longer influence the course of military operations in Ukraine.
This is reported in the spokesman of the Ukrainian Navy reported on the air of the United News telethon Dmytro Pletenchuk.
– My colleagues in intelligence can answer this question more professionally. I can note that whatever the degree of readiness and the number of units, — this cannot actually affect the course of military operations in our theater, — he noted.

Pletenchuk believes, that the enemy could transfer some units via internal waters, but will not do so because it cannot cope even with those units that remain in the Black Sea Fleet, which is effectively paralyzed in the Azov-Black Sea region. ;.

Pletenchuk noted that the weakness of the Russian fleet is confirmed by real military actions in Ukraine.
Pletenchuk noted, that the Russian Federation considers itself a “powerful maritime state”, however, it still lags behind NATO countries technologically.
By the way, earlier the spokesman of the Ukrainian Navy Dmitry Pletenchuk reported that Russia will try to protect the Kerch Bridge and make every effort to do so, since this facility remains a priority, to which the occupiers are directing all their resources.
