- Delay in updating information – data may be entered or transmitted to the central system with a delay, so the processing process is not completed on time.
- Lack of primary registration or lack of data in a paper military ID – if a person has never registered for military service or was registered in a temporarily occupied territory, and the data was not transferred or was destroyed.
- Deregistration or change of status – if a person is deregistered from the TCC, updating the information in the register may not be possible. It may also be that there is no data in the Oberig register in case of a change of status, since the information is updated with a delay.
- Access is restricted for security reasons – sometimes data may be hidden due to confidentiality or special circumstances.
There is no data in the Oberig registry: what to do in this case
If there is no data in the Oberig registry, then in any case it is necessary to contact the TCC and SP to find out the reason. You can make an appointment online using the electronic queue.
The solution to the problem will depend on the specific situation. For example, if a person has not yet been registered, then this must be done as soon as possible or the lost data must be restored.
It is also worth checking the correctness of the entered data. To do this, you need to carefully check your personal information, in particular: full name, date of birth, passport and identification data, since inaccuracies can affect the result. If necessary, correct.
If there is no data in the Oberig registry, then before visiting the TCC and SP, prepare the following documents:
- passport of a citizen of Ukraine;
- identification code;
- documents confirming the place of registration;
- military registration document;
- 3 x 4 photograph;
- document on obtaining an education.
