We will not close the city on August 23-24. However, I ask everyone to be as careful as possible. We are not taking any measures, please do not gather in large groups these days. Use this time to relax wisely,” Vitaly Kim emphasized.
The OVA is also preparing an order where it recommends that everyone work remotely these days.

The military does not see the prospects for an early advance of the enemy towards Nikolaev.
