In the Zaporizhzhya direction, fighters of the Freedom of Russia Legion captured a foreigner – a student from Nigeria, Kehinde Oluwagbemileke, who was studying in Russia.
The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported this, releasing a video of his interrogation.

The Main Intelligence Directorate clarified that the prisoner served in the 503rd Guards Motorized Rifle Regiment of the Russian Armed Forces.
“The Muscovites promised him an easy walk and support in consolidating his positions, but in reality they threw him into a ‘meat assault’,” the intelligence service noted.
It is known in advance that the guy lived in Russia for four years, dealing drugs. After his arrest, he was offered an alternative to a prison term under Article 228 – to go to war. He also has a Russian passport.
The African fought long enough for a mercenary – five months – before he was captured in the Zaporizhzhya direction. According to the prisoner, there were many dead in his unit.
The GUR noted that the story of the captured African student once again demonstrates the inhumane attitude of the Russian command towards national minorities and migrants, who are used as cannon fodder.
