On the evening of August 24, unidentified people set off fireworks in Pavlograd, Dnepropetrovsk region. This frightened the locals very much.
So, despite the proposed ban on fireworks in Pavlograd, unknown people still launched them. Local residents are frightened and outraged, because today the Russians are terrorizing the Dnepropetrovsk region with rocket attacks.
A video with fireworks in Pavlograd is being distributed online. According to preliminary information, fireworks were launched from a local park.
In Ukraine, they propose to ban fireworks

Only stage pyrotechnics, fireworks of class F1, which have a very low level of danger and a negligible noise level, can be used.
At the same time, the ban does not apply to the use of pyrotechnics by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Police and emergency services.
You can get a fine for the use of pyrotechnics
- Now Ukraine has a law on administrative offenses that provide for liability for violating the procedure for the production, storage, transportation, trade and use of pyrotechnics – a fine from 595 to 1020 hryvnia.
- Also liable for violation of legislative acts on the protection of the population from the harmful effects of noise and the rules for maintaining silence in settlements. For ordinary citizens, this is a fine from 85 to 255 hryvnia.
