Ukrainian defenders destroy the invaders in the South/Channel 24 collage
On July 12, Ukrainian pilots destroyed another Russian train near Novopetrivka. The invaders tried to prevent the attack and raised fighters into the air.
The operational command “South” said that the situation in the region is stably tense, but controlled. The Russians continue to conduct combat operations remotely, using heavy artillery, anti-aircraft missile systems and aircraft with cruise missiles.

The invaders tried to prevent the attack and raised 3 fighters into the sky, which fired 2 air-to-air missiles. There were no casualties among the fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, however, these rockets:
- destroyed a boiler house next to a hardware store in Bashtanka, where a civilian woman died,
- caused a fire in a field outside the city, however our rescuers have already extinguished it.
In turn, the fighters of the Ukrainian rocket and artillery units, when performing fire missions, liquidated:
- 30 invaders,
- 122-mm D-30 howitzer,
- multiple launch rocket system “Hurricane”,
- 4 units of armored and automotive vehicles,
- 2 field ammunition depots.

The threat of missile strikes from the Black Sea is still relevant
The ship grouping of the enemy fleet is located in the northwestern part of the Black Sea. It currently consists of:
- 2 surface ships,
- 2 submarines,
- 2 large landing craft.
There are 24 Kalibr missiles on board Russian ships. Therefore, the threat of missile strikes remains relevant both from the sea, and from the air, and from land.
