Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, who remains the only public competitor of Vladimir Putin and is behind bars, has published 15 principles of his political platform. He felt the approach of Putin's defeat and began to prepare for the elections.

At the same time, the oppositionist believes that after the Russian defeat, sanctions should be lifted from him in order to send part of the proceeds from the sale of oil and gas to compensation .
Russian opposition leader recognized Crimea as Ukrainian
