“The emergence of nuclear weapons in Iran is my greatest fear. NATO's position is that Iran should not have them,” he stressed.

Let us recall that Norwegian Prime Minister Støre previously stated that the US strikes are contrary to international law.

“We must be able to say that. Carrying out such an attack is contrary to international law,” he said.

The US attacked three key Iranian nuclear sites on Sunday night, prompting President Donald Trump to call on Iran to refrain from escalation and return to negotiations.

Let us recall that US Air Force bombers struck Iranian nuclear facilities.

125 aircraft and submarines attacked three key Iranian nuclear sites, marking a direct US intervention in the war between Israel and Iran.

The strikes targeted two major uranium enrichment centres – a fortified facility in the mountainous region of Fordow and a plant in Natanga.
