Ukrainian military continue to heroically defend their native country from Russian invaders. The Ministry of Defense summed up what the 48th day of the war was like. Watch the latest video digest.

We remember the previous day, April 12, with Ukrainian protests against Russian aggression in Italy and the nationalization of 10 ships of the aggressor country in order to strengthen the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Also in a digest from the Ministry of Defense, they reported that:

• occupiers launched a missile attack on an infrastructure facility in the Khmelnitsky region;
• Ukrainian military repulsed 6 attacks by invaders in Luhansk and Donetsk regions;
• Holodnoyarovtsy showed the results of “hunting” for the “second army of the world”;
• Sicheslav paratroopers “displaced” an entire enemy unit;
• UAF fighters destroy the enemy's manpower and equipment;
• Ukrainian military repelled an attack by Russian saboteurs posing as evacuated civilians;
• The operation to defend Kiev was successful, but it’s too early to talk about security in the capital;
