— Based on the resolution of the director of NABU, agreed upon by the head of the SAPS, shares in the authorized capital of companies that the suspect owns directly or indirectly, in the context of 307 legal entities, in particular joint-stock companies, with an estimated value of more than 3 billion UAH, were seized for a period of 48 hours, as well as for almost 1 thousand real estate objects and more than 1.6 thousand vehicles and vessels, — the message says.
The bureau explained that such measures are due to the need to ensure possible confiscation or special confiscation of property in criminal proceedings regarding the misappropriation of PrivatBank funds.

It is noted that a petition was sent to the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) to seize the above-mentioned property.

The day before, NABU detectives informed Igor Kolomoisky about the suspicion of misappropriation of more than UAH 9.2 billion of PrivatBank funds. In addition to him, five more people, who are former employees of a banking institution, received suspicion.
Recall that on September 2, the court chose a preventive measure for Igor Kolomoisky in the form of detention for two months in Dnipro with the possibility of posting a bail of more than 500 million UAH.
He is suspected of fraud and money laundering. According to the investigation, during 2013-2020, Kolomoisky withdrew half a billion hryvnia abroad using banking institutions controlled by him.
