Ukraine must make difficult decisions about further mobilization of troops.
US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said this at a briefing after a meeting with foreign ministers of NATO member states in Brussels.
— Ukraine must make difficult decisions about further mobilization, but these are necessary decisions. We want to make sure that they (those mobilized) are trained and have the right equipment, — he said.
Blinken on the decision to mobilize troops
The US Secretary of State noted that making decisions regarding mobilization is critically important, “because even with money, even with ammunition, there must be people at the front to resist Russian aggression”.

Recall that earlier the same thesis was voiced by White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan. He told PBS News in an interview that Ukraine needs to do more to strengthen its position in terms of numbers on the front, and that this is achieved not only through weapons but also human resources.
