After partial mobilization is announced in Russia, not all citizens will be able to leave the country. For this reason, the Kremlin will face growing tension in society.
The Kremlin will not come up with anything better than simply closing the borders for all adult males. Channel 24 was told by Russian human rights activist Mark Feigin.
Feigin is convinced that today it will be “problematic” for Russians to flee Russia.
The mousetrap closed. As an option – you can “dissolve” around the country, since Russia is a large country, you can hide somewhere. But this is also “for the time being, for the time being.” It is this hopelessness that is manifested in the fact that it is impossible to sit out and wait out in such a “trap”. For a while, yes, but then what? Therefore, tension is inevitable – it will grow, – the oppositionist believes.
How Russia is trying to avoid mobilization: watch the video
The human rights activist believes that the Russian leadership will completely close the borders for its citizens.
If someone in Russia thinks that the border will be closed only for categories that fall under mobilization, this is not so . Close for everyone. it seems,” Feygin explained.
According to him, many Russians are trying to go abroad, but not everyone can do it.
“Well, how many of them are there today? Will 300,000 leave in a feverish order? This is unrealistic, since not a single echelon of aircraft will let this pass – neither to Turkey, nor to Kazakhstan. Especially since the entire western border is blocked – you won’t go anywhere. planes don’t fly and they don’t give visas,” Feigin summed up.
