Russian Human Rights Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova said Ukraine did not want to exchange 70 of its soldiers. She released the list of fighters.

Moskalkaova claims that Ukraine and Russia agreed to exchange 160 for 160 people, but subsequently the number of people for the exchange allegedly decreased to 90. The Russian woman blames Ukraine for this.

The Coordinating Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War emphasized that Ukraine always takes everyone whom Russia offers: both military and civilian.
