Moscow ups the stakes – Feygin on the death “sentence” to three foreigners

The other day in the so-called DPR held a trial of three fighters of the foreign legion. They were “appointed” with the death penalty, if this sentence is carried out, Russia will have very big problems.

Russian human rights activist Mark Feygin shared these assumptions with Channel 24. He also noted that Moscow decided to raise the stakes, but all these trials do not matter, because the civilized world does not recognize these pseudo-republics and their sentences.

“It's not worth talking about legal processes and a request for an exchange or pardon in ORDLO – Moscow decides everything. Therefore, there is nothing to talk about with Pushilin – he is an idiot,” says Mark Feygin.

The Kremlin is playing a game with these show trials where it wants to return Medvedchuk for a low price – after all, he knows a lot. Therefore, Russia does not want to exchange the defenders of Mariupol, but to get by with the exchange of these foreign military volunteers, the human rights activist suggests.

What is Russia subjected to by such show trials of foreigners

The question is whether people in Russia understand what awaits them after this execution. Whether the British, who are clearly on the side of Ukraine, will let this pass by, or whether this will entail the supply of even more weapons – in my opinion, the answer is obvious, Feygin notes.

According to him, more than 500 people live in London thousands of Russians, the Kremlin is constantly talking about it, so it would not be surprising if all these Russians suddenly start dying for unknown reasons – poisoning or something like that, the lawyer says.

Feigin explains that Russia has evaded responsibility for its international crimes for quite some time, even though it committed them all the time. It all started with the poisoning of Litvinenko – a terrible case, to which the UK reacted rather sluggishly.

Help.Alexander Litvinenko suddenly fell ill and was hospitalized on November 1, 2006 in Britain. He died three weeks later, the first confirmed victim of a fatal radiation sickness caused by polonium-210. Earlier, Litvinenko actively pointed out the crimes of the FSB, and also publicly blamed Putin personally for his unusual illness. Partially, diplomatic relations between Great Britain and Russia were strained, but no official charges were filed.

“Later there was the poisoning of the Violinists in Salisbury, there was not enough blame for this either. That is why, in my opinion, the Russians need to understand that these executions are so they just won’t get away with it,” suggests Feigin.

When the war starts, all the previous rules of coexistence no longer apply, so this should be taken into account, the human rights activist added.

Russian terrorists from the “DPR” took to court over foreign prisoners

Self-proclaimed “trial “from the so-called “DPR” sentenced to death three foreigners who fought on the side of Ukraine: two citizens of Britain (Aiden Aslin and Sean Pinner), as well as a citizen of Morocco (Saadoun Brahim). The death penalty in the quasi-republic is carried out by firing squad.

Boris Johnson's official spokesman said the prime minister was shocked by the death sentences and ordered the ministers to do “everything in their power” to achieve the release of the fighters of the International Legion .

World reactions to this crime of the invaders

  • British Foreign Minister Liz Truss condemned the actions of the invaders. She stressed that the verdict of the so-called “trial” from the quasi-republic has no legal force.
  • Speaker of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Oleg Nikolenko assured that the Ukrainian authorities would make every effort to release the fighters sentenced to death.
