Self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that he had been preparing for war for decades. Therefore, his country is “ready to defend itself.”
Lukashenko made such a statement on October 10 at a meeting on security issues in Belarus, Channel 24 reports. In addition, the Belarusian Ministry of Defense began to threaten Ukraine again.

The self-proclaimed president of Belarus said that his country would adequately respond to any opponent.
We have been preparing for this for decades. If necessary, we will respond,” Lukashenka stressed.
However, for this “answer” one condition is needed – that the Belarusian intelligence and the State Security Committee do not miss or miss anything. That is why, according to Lukashenka, they need to know everything that happens at the borders.
“Without escalating the situation, I want you to understand that if you want peace, you need to prepare for war. Always. All your life,” the Belarusian dictator added.
He again began to say that they want to draw Belarus into the war, despite the fact that Russia has already drawn it in since the beginning of its invasion. However, Lukashenka believes that some “villains” are planning to do this.
“We must not let them drag us into the war. This is our main task – there should be no war on the territory of Belarus. And we, the military, must take measures to prevent it from happening,” the Belarusian president said.
He added that the Belarusians already “feel something bad in their gut.” However, they need not worry. Instead, you just need to do your job in your place.
“The situation today is not so aggravated that we have already begun to do something today. There are military officers who will demonstrate their determination at this stage. Defend your country, and then not a single scoundrel will come here,” Lukashenka said.
