There has been a war in Ukraine for more than 2 months. The most difficult situation is in Mariupol.
In particular, civilians and military personnel at the Azovstal plant are waiting for rescue. The Mariupol City Council showed a view of the enterprise in a drone video.
More than 1,000 civilians and 600 wounded in a military hospital are waiting to be rescued, the mayor's office reports.
The video shows that Mariupol is completely destroyed. The footage is horrific because it resembles an exclusion zone. It's hard to believe that a few months ago life was seething here. After all, it was a port city with about half a million inhabitants.
Now about 100 thousand remain in Mariupol, it is under blockade. People have no food and medicine, a humanitarian catastrophe. The footage shows a group of people along the road. Who they are and where they are going is unknown. In the midst of the sunny panorama of the ruined city, a puff of smoke from Azovstal is visible. The plant continues to be ruthlessly bombed and stormed by the Russian military.

- The people hiding in the plant have almost no water, food or medicine. The Azov Regiment reports that there are 60 minors among the civilian population in the bunker, including a 4-month-old child. The UN Secretary General, who visited Kyiv and Moscow for this, is trying to solve the problem.
- The commander of the Ukrainian 36th Marine Brigade, Sergei Volynsky (“Volina”), asked Turkish President Recep Erdogan to apply the “extraction” procedure and take people to the territory Turkey.
- Churches were also involved in solving the problem. Pope Francis asked Vladimir Putin three times to release people from Azovstal. The Kremlin dictator refused.
