It is noted that the air defense forces destroyed:

  • 51 UAV over the territory of Crimea,
  • 44 in the Krasnodar region,
  • 6 – in the Belgorod region
  • and 1 more – in the Kursk region.

< p>The Russian Ministry of Defense also reports that 6 unmanned boats were allegedly destroyed in the Black Sea.

Previously, the operational headquarters of the Krasnodar Territory of Russia reported that on the territory of an oil refinery in the Tuapse region “a fire occurred due to the fall of drones.”< /p>

Also at night, residents of Novorossiysk in the Krasnodar region of Russia reported explosions. There were reports of at least 35 explosions, as well as the sound of gunfire. Eyewitnesses complained that the sirens of ambulances and fire trucks could be heard in the city. And smoke could be seen in the area of ​​the seaport, the port itself was de-energized.

Also on the night of May 17, the occupation governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozzhaev reported that Russian air defense forces and the fleet in different parts of the city destroyed unmanned aerial vehicles and unmanned boats in the Black Sea.

It is interesting that due to the drone attack, the occupation authorities Sevastopol decided to cancel classes in schools and kindergartens after a night attack on a substation; they also reported that they had introduced “spot” blackouts.
