According to sources in the Moldovan government, polling stations in Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Canada, Romania, the United States and Great Britain may become Moscow's target in an attempt to disrupt the vote, which could include explosions.
โ The goal is to interrupt the voting process during the evacuation (due to the threat of an explosion) and police inspection. We ask for procedures and protocols that do not interrupt the voting process, — Moldova said in an appeal to a European official, a screenshot of which was obtained by the agency.
It should be noted that the voting of Moldovan citizens abroad helped to gain a slight advantage in the referendum on October 20, since the majority of Moldovans voted in favor of the country's desire to join the EU,
Earlier it was reported that law enforcement officers in Moldova are recording an increase in the flow of transport with foreign license plates carrying Moldovan citizens from Russia.
On the night of November 1-2, several buses with Moldovan citizens traveling from Russia crossed the Moldovan border. The three buses that crossed the Moldovan border were carrying about 150 people who had flown from Moscow to Istanbul and then traveled by bus to Bulgaria.
