In addition to the National Police, reservation from mobilization applies to:
- Public authorities;
- National Anti-Corruption Bureau;
- State Bureau of Investigation;
- Prosecutor's office and courts;
- Bureau of Economic Security;
- State Emergency Service.
Reservations are also provided to enterprises that are critical to meeting the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and those that have special mobilization tasks.
Mobilization of police officers: what else does the law provide for
The law provides powers to the National Police of Ukraine regarding participation in mobilization events. Thus, during martial law and mobilization, police have the right to demand that men aged 18 – 60 years old present a military registration document along with an identity document.
The new law on mobilization indicates that police officers, together with representatives of territorial recruitment and social support centers, can inform men of military age about the need to visit the TCC. Also, the police can help TCC and SP employees deliver the conscript (dodger) to the recruitment center.
