From September 1, permission was to be earned for male entrepreneurs to travel abroad with a deposit of 200,000 hryvnias. However, this scheme has not yet worked. And yet, the Ministry of Internal Affairs explained that there are 2 ways for men to travel abroad. Affairs Rostislav Smirnov. He noted that, in addition to these ways, men with disabilities or parents with many children can freely go abroad.
According to him, for all other men there are 2 ways to go abroad border:
- First– male volunteers can apply through charitable foundations or projects.
Smirnov explained that for this you need to apply at the level of the Regional State Administration, they will agree, enter into the appropriate system “Way” and then men can leave Ukraine for a month to transport a car or other residence.
- Second – proposal from the Ministry of Economy there are many conditions.
“That is, they should be men from export-oriented companies, no more than 10 people can leave, you need a pledge of 200 thousand hryvnias and no debts,” the adviser to the Minister of the Interior replied.
We need to understand the key story: war is always a war of resources. That is, if we don’t have resources for the war, if we don’t have the opportunity to buy ammunition and ammunition, then we will quickly lose the war,” Smirnov assured.
In his opinion, this is right, it was made so that businesses can travel and conclude many agreements and contracts.
“This is the right step. But I don’t know if the last option works, I also heard that it will work from September 1. This is a matter under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Economy,” he added.
Important! In order to leave Ukraine, entrepreneurs need to meet well-defined criteria: file tax returns in a timely manner; have no outstanding ERUs; pay an average salary for a legal entity or individual entrepreneur of at least UAH 20,000. Previously, the entrepreneur must deposit 200,000 hryvnias of collateral to an account with Sberbank. This money will be returned after the person returns to Ukraine. In addition, no more than 10 people from the company can go on a business trip abroad.
