Employees of agro-industrial enterprises and farmers of Ukraine will receive reservation from mobilization for one year.
Acting Minister of Agrarian Policy Taras Vysotsky spoke about this during the Odessa Black Sea Security Forum.

The official explained that the government was concerned about the safety of employees ensuring the harvest in Ukraine, so it made several decisions as part of the mobilization:

- Automatic extension of an existing reservation for three months without providing a package of documents in the TCC or the Reserve+ application;
- Now reservations for employees of agricultural enterprises will be extended for 12 months — before this the norm provided for only six.
- A number of professions, for example, tractor drivers, veterinarians, agronomists, can be booked in the quantity required by the enterprise, subject to agreement with the military.
Vysotsky noticed that in certain areas the number of workers decreased by 20%.
This could be caused by an increase in the workload of employees after their colleagues were mobilized into the army.
During the forum in Odessa, he also drew attention to the high need for specialists in engineering professions: machinists, tractor drivers, elevator equipment engineers.
— Such professions are needed both in the agricultural industry and in the Armed Forces, — summed up Vysotsky.
