Minor advances in Ukraine cost Russia a lot – US General

by alex

Russia has to suffer huge losses in military equipment and personnel even due to minimal advances of the invaders in Ukraine.

This was stated by the head of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Charles Brown, after the completion of the meeting of the Contact Group for the Defense of Ukraine in the Ramstein-20 format.

Ukraine needs weapons

— Although Russia achieved minor achievements, it paid dearly in manpower and equipment. Ukraine continues to strengthen defensive lines and improve the effectiveness of ammunition and other supplies, — states the American general.

Charles Brown noted that Ukraine has already been provided with more than $88 billion in military assistance from allies and partners.

According to him, this helps the Armed Forces of Ukraine, makes it possible to strengthen NATO, contributes to the expansion of the military-industrial complex of the United States, Europe and the world, and also supports the security of these countries.

Brown noted that the collective support of Ukraine will guarantee success now and in the future, and if peace remains in doubt, then this will become a risk for the whole world.

On the afternoon of March 19, a meeting of the Contact Group on the Defense of Ukraine took place in Germany. ICTV Facts collected the main results of Ramstein 20, which was attended by defense ministers and military leaders from about 50 countries.
