After a meeting of defense ministers from 40 countries at the German Ramstein airbase, Estonian Defense Minister Kalle Laanet arrived in Ukraine. Together with the Ukrainian Minister of Defense, he discussed the support of our country.
Head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov spoke about the details of the visit.
According to Reznikov, during the conversation, the parties continued the discussion about specific areas of assistance to Ukraine in the fight against the global evil and tyrant – Russia.
The delegation visited Ukrainian cities near Kyiv, where the “Russian world” left its imprint. Gostomel, Irpen, Borodyanka, Bucha… Our friends and partners have seen once again what atrocities the Russian occupiers are capable of,” Reznikov said.
He added that Estonia became the first Western country to recognize Russian military aggression since February 24 genocide against the Ukrainian people.
“I thank our friends who confirmed their intention to continue to be with us side by side in the fight against the aggressor,” the Minister of Defense of Ukraine emphasized.
Estonia helps Ukraine
