As for the “withdrawal” of Russian troops, you should not believe in it. The mercenaries, as previously told in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, went to Belarus for rotation. This is also evidenced by the movement of military equipment of the Russian Armed Forces across the territory of Belarus.
