The Ukrainian military and deputies of the Verkhovna Rada must decide on the content of the new mobilization rules. Bill No. 10378 was recently introduced into parliament, but the final text of the document has not yet been agreed upon.

— Today a discussion began about new mobilization rules. There is a legislative proposal — the military command, the Ministry of Defense, and other involved bodies presented it to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. It would be right for such norms to be discussed and adopted behind the scenes, — says the head of state.
According to the president, people should understand what the vision of the military command is, the motives for certain rules and conditions that deputies propose, how issues that soldiers already have in the Ukrainian Defense Forces are resolved.< /p>
Zelensky noted that it would be correct that, on the basis of the committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the military, together with the deputies, decide how exactly the next year should be ensured at the legislative level for the Defense Forces.
The President of Ukraine called on citizens to wait for the final text of the law on mobilization.
Earlier, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny commented on the issues of mobilization in Ukraine, the new bill No. 10378, the work of the TCC and the joint venture, electronic summonses, the register of debtors in case of evasion and gave a forecast for 2024.
