“These functions intersect. The Ministry of Defense, in particular, is responsible for providing troops and communication with the military constant. However, at the same time, it does not interfere in certain aspects. There is still parliamentary control from the relevant committee,” Musienko stressed.
Putin is not satisfied with the generals
