Sanna Marin visited Irpin
The head of the Finnish government visited the city of Irpin as part of her visit to Ukraine , who suffered from the Russian military during the occupation.
Marin met with the secretary of the Irpin City Council, Angela Makeeva.
The Prime Minister of Finland was shown the consequences of the Russian occupation. We also discussed issues of assistance in the restoration of Irpin with Marin.

Finland began its course towards NATO

- Against the backdrop of the war in Ukraine, both countries decided to join NATO and on May 18 officially applied to join the Alliance. President Zelensky said that Russia pushed the Finns and Swedes to decide to join NATO. Now NATO's borders can border Russia.
- According to experts' forecasts, the Scandinavian countries can get membership at the next NATO summit, which will be held in Madrid this summer. At the same time, they will join the Alliance without the so-called MAP (Membership Action Plan).
