Men liable for military service aged 18 to 60 years will be able to obtain international passports and passports of citizens of Ukraine only on the territory of the state.
This is stated in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 443 of April 23, 2024.
The document states that the forwarding of international passports for men subject to mobilization for issuance will no longer be carried out.
