The mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov said this on the air of the national telethon, Channel 24 reports. He noted that 99% of the residents remaining in the city resist the occupation.

The partisan movement flourishes in Melitopol

Fedorov said that the partisan movement in Melitopol is the rule. Ukrainian resistance is different and unique. And the recently processed sweet cherry, which provoked mass poisoning among the Russians, is an excellent proof of this.

The mayor of Melitopol said that the farmers had specially processed the berries, because they had already studied the behavior of the infidels well and knew in advance that the Russians would want to steal every last thing that the Ukrainian land gives.

This is another a kind of partisan movement, resistance, which today operates on the territory of the Melitopol region. There is no need to steal anything from us, it was all grown by our farmers,” Fedorov said.

In addition, he said that the people of Melitopol completely ignored the celebration of Russia.

“The whole country saw that last Sunday there were 15 people in line for a passport out of 70,000 residents who remained in the temporarily occupied city,” he said.

Earlier, the Russians “nationalized” Melitopol Cherry, Ukraine's largest berry farm. Fedorov said that the 2 main enterprises that grow cherries have already been almost completely looted. The Russians leave nothing – they take 100% of the harvest. In addition, the invaders have put their pseudo-management on the enterprises.

The invaders are exporting sunflower seeds

The Russian invaders are trying to steal all the products that are valuable not only in Ukrainian, but also in international markets. Yes, sunflower seeds are massively exported from Melitopol. Fedorov noted that the infidels started with grain, then they began to steal our berries and fruits. Now the enemy takes out the seeds. Moreover, it does this massively not by road transport, but by whole wagons.

They are transporting seeds to the territory of the occupied Crimea. Where to go next is unknown.
