Russian propaganda is spreading the narrative about American “biological labs” in Ukraine. In the Verkhovna Rada, Viktor Medvedchuk was the first to speak about this.
The pro-Russian people's deputy began to spread such a fake a year ago. Adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs Vadim Denisenko spoke about this on Channel 24.

He explained that for the first time the world learned about American “biological laboratories” from Medvedchuk's speech at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada. He even made a corresponding request – to disclose information about the “biological laboratory” in Ukraine.
We all understand that this is complete nonsense. This is information canned food, which they (the Russians – Channel 24) have been preparing for a long time, – said the adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to Denisenko, the occupiers had the following plan: to take Ukraine in 3 days, conditionally to do it on the second day parade in Kyiv and declare that they found a “biological laboratory” there. After that, Russia “found” a fake piece of paper in English, which seemed to prove the involvement of the Americans.
