Now Kylian is accusing the Parisian club of “harassment” in an attempt to force him to extend his contract in 2023.

The prosecutor's office said Mbappe “has raised the issue of bullying he claims to have suffered at Paris Saint-Germain.” The case is for the player to be suspended from the first team for sporting, administrative or disciplinary reasons.

Mbappe's PSG contract had an option to extend it for another year until 2025. After he announced he would not be renewing his deal, the club did not take him on their pre-season tour to Japan and South Korea and he was trained with the B team.

PSG have said they would rather sell him than let him go for free in 2024, but Mbappe has rejected a €300m move to Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal.

Mbappe eventually joined Real Madrid last summer on a free transfer.

Another case Mbappe vs PSG

In August 2024, Mbappe contacted the French Professional League regarding the €55 million debt owed to him by PSG.

The following month, the league ordered the club to pay off the debt owed to Kylian. In October, the Appeals Committee upheld the decision requiring PSG to pay Mbappe €55 million in unpaid wages.

In April 2025, Mbappe obtained a preliminary arrest warrant in a case against PSG for the payment of €55 million, but the club asked for this decision to be overturned.

In May, the Parisians filed a lawsuit in the court of first instance against the footballer, demanding compensation of €98 million from him. PSG accused the footballer of “delaying tactics”, which led to losses.
