Let us recall that on the night of July 4, Russian troops carried out a massive attack on Kyiv using Shahed kamikaze drones, cruise and ballistic missiles.

Falling debris and fires were recorded in various areas of the capital.

According to the Air Force, Russia launched a record 550 air targets, the majority of which were aimed at Kyiv.

Air defense forces managed to eliminate 270 air targets, and another 208 drones were suppressed by electronic warfare systems.

In response to the attack, interceptor drones were deployed, which made it possible to effectively neutralize a significant number of enemy objects.

As a result of the shelling, 26 people were injured, including one child. One person died.

Military analyst Mikhail Samus stated that an enemy reconnaissance drone was operating over Kyiv on the evening of July 3.

In his opinion, this indicates gaps in the work of the Ukrainian air defense system.
