The probable cause of the death of mammals is the use by Russians of sonar on submarines and surface boats. Sonars emit powerful sounds that adversely affect the health of animals. This was reported at the Office of the Prosecutor General on September 7.
The prosecutor's office opened criminal proceedings on the fact of ecocide
