Martial law continues in Ukraine, and therefore not everyone can travel abroad. However, now citizens can cross the border to travel to other countries for treatment.

How Ukrainians can go abroad for treatment
If patients need long-term or expensive medical care, as well as medical services that are currently being provided in Ukraine is limited, they can be sent for treatment outside our country.
To do this, you must have with you documents confirming the right to exit and enter Ukraine. Passage abroad is also carried out on the basis of a letter from the Minister of Health of Ukraine on a list of persons agreed with a foreign party who can be accepted for treatment by health care institutions of foreign states.
Note that compliance with the criteria for sending abroad for treatment during military action The provisions are confirmed by the form of primary accounting documentation No. 027/o “Extract from the medical record of an outpatient (inpatient) patient” filled out by a doctor. The departure of such persons is allowed accompanied by one of the family members – parents, husband or wife, children.
Ukrainian officials will not be able to travel abroad
Now officials can cross the border only for the purpose of a business trip. To do this, they need to submit relevant applications to the State Border Guard Service three days before departure. This applies, in particular, to people's deputies, judges, prosecutors, as well as employees booked by state authorities for the period of mobilization.
By the way, the corresponding ban applies to both men and women.
