Briefly about Putin's decision

  • On October 19, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on so the so-called martial law in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine – the quasi-republics “DPR” and “LPR” and the captured parts of the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.
  • Earlier, Putin illegally announced the annexation of the occupied territories. Pseudo-referendums have not been recognized by anyone in the world, except for the DPRK, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to liberate territories.
  • The annexation of territories was condemned by 143 countries in the UN General Assembly. Only Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Syria and Nicaragua voted against this resolution.
