Situation in Ukraine on July 8, 2025
In the Severo-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, eight combat clashes occurred over the past day. The enemy carried out six air strikes, dropped 11 guided bombs, carried out 286 attacks, including three from multiple launch rocket systems.
In the South Slobozhansky direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units 19 times in the areas of Volchansk, Zeleny, Ambarny, Krasny Pervy, Kamenka and in the direction of Kutkovka.
In the Kupyansk direction, there were two attacks by the occupiers in a day. The defense forces repelled the enemy's assault actions near Golubovka and Zagryzovo.
In the Liman direction, the enemy attacked 27 times, trying to advance in the areas of the populated areas of Novy Mir, Redkodub, Zelenaya Dolina, Torskoye and in the Serebryansky forest, as well as in the direction of Serebryanka, Olgovka and Grigoryevka.
In the Seversky direction , in the areas of Grigoryevka and Vyemka, the enemy attacked the positions of our troops three times.
Five armed clashes were recorded in the Kramatorsk direction ; the enemy was advancing towards Nikolaevka, Markovo, Predtechino and Belaya Gora.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out four attacks in the areas of Toretsk and Dilievka.
In the Pokrovsky direction, our defenders stopped 68 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Popov Yar, Razino, Mirolyubovka, Novoekonomicheskoe, Lysovka, Shevchenko, Novoukrainka, Zverevo, Udachnoye, Novosergievka, Kotlyarovka, Orekhovoe and Alekseyevka.
In the Novopavlovsk direction, the enemy attacked our positions 30 times in the areas of the populated areas of Poddubnoye, Fedorovka, Voskresenka, Yalta, Shevchenko, Novosyolka, Svobodnoye Pole and Novopolye.
In the Gulyai-Polye direction, the Defense Forces successfully repelled four enemy assaults near Malinovka.
In the Orekhov direction, our defenders repelled four enemy attacks in the Kamenskoye area and in the direction of Malaya Tokmachka.
No military clashes were recorded in the Dnieper direction over the past 24 hours.
No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polesie directions .
