In the Chernihiv region, the invaders mined many roads and destroyed bridges. Therefore, the local population is asked to wait and not return home yet.
Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv regional military administration, said that there is a lot of work in the region to eliminate the consequences of the Russians' stay there.

We have a lot of mined roads, a lot of destroyed communications in the region, a lot of broken bridges,” Chaus said.
He added that the Highway Service, the military, the administration are now engaged in providing, organizing routes throughout the territory. This is necessary in order to restore normal traffic as soon as possible, so that it is possible to reach any corner of the Chernihiv region.
People are asked not to return home yet
Also, the head of the OVA appealed to all residents of the Chernihiv region, especially those settlements where there were Russian tanks. “The Muscovite filth has left, but they have mined everything around,” Chaus emphasized.
Therefore, he asked people to wait until the Armed Forces, engineers and sappers clear mines. This is important to avoid new victims.
Chaus wrote that, unfortunately, the Chernihiv region lost a lot of people during the hostile actions of the Russians. However, the enemies will certainly bear responsibility for this.
Recall, the Russian invaders destroyed the bridge that connected Chernihiv and Kyiv. Therefore, humanitarian supplies will move in a different way.
