The so-called Russian “liberals” who fled to the EU countries oppose the ban on visas for all residents of Russia. They even draw parallels with the persecution of Jews in Nazi Germany.

If someone has very big problems being in Russia, then, people, there is a procedure for recognizing the status of a stateless person. Nobody prevents the so-called Russian “liberals” from starting this procedure, Dmitry Sherengovsky noted.
The EU is still listening to the rhetoric of the Russian “liberals”. For example, Germany is actively emphasizing this, that the Russians supposedly should not suffer because of Putin's actions. Therefore, residents of Russia still need to actively work on a ban on carters.
