The scandalous statements of former people's deputy Irina Farion were responded to at the Lviv Polytechnic National University, where she works as a teacher. They claim that they are not responsible for statements made by employees outside the educational institution.
According to the university’s commentary, there is a code of corporate culture that defines the moral principles, rules and norms of communication and behavior of members of the academic community of our university. But outside the university, the administration of the Western Military District is not responsible for the actions and words of employees.
At the same time, the Lviv Polytechnic noted that every warrior who protects the people, regardless of religion and language of communication, deserves the highest respect.

Recently, Irina Farion made a scandalous statement that she allegedly could not consider Russian-speaking military personnel Ukrainians, calling the defenders allegedly rabble. This caused a negative reaction in society.
Deputy Head of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Yegor Chernev called on the SBU to check Farion’s statements during martial law in order to prevent subversive activities in the rear.
