The self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko issued a new decree. Thus, he prohibited the import, operation, storage and manufacture of drones in the country by individuals.

To do this, you need to obtain the appropriate permission from the Aviation Department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Belarus. This is stated in the corresponding decree of Lukashenko.Channel 24.

The decree states that the import into the territory of Belarus, storage, handling, operation and production of civil UAVs is permitted only to organizations and individual entrepreneurs for the purpose of their professional activities.

The document establishes a ban for individuals to import into the territory of Belarus, storage, handling, operation and production of drones.

By the way, Belarus also plans to introduce a record of all UAVs in the country, creating an automated system with data on how many and which drones belong to whom.

Lukashenko grants Wagnerites citizenship

Recall that recently the deputy head of the Joint Transitional Cabinet and head of the People's Anti-Crisis Management in Belarus Pavel Latushko said that the regime of the self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko is expanding its own so-called PPK “GardService”. They are trying to employ some of the Wagnerites there.

It is known that GardService was created to work in African markets for Lukashenko’s business interests. He's trying to get in there to make money for himself. It is important that only citizens of Belarus can be participants in this organization. After all, only holders of Belarusian passports can own weapons there.

“Lukashenko has found a way out. He simply gives citizenship of Belarus to the Wagnerites. Two departments under the local “Ministry of Internal Affairs” are doing this. Someone says that several hundred people have already done this received citizenship. Lukashenko gives passports in other names and surnames. But he does not sign the real decree. He can simply “lead them by the nose,” Latushko noted.
