Alexander Lukashenko, during his last speech, attacked Vladimir Zelensky with accusations and even called him a “nit”. This is another attempt by the self-proclaimed leader of Belarus to please the Kremlin.
Moreover, this incident is a demonstration of the fact that Lukashenka is practically breaking off relations and the possibility of resolving them between Minsk and Kiev. This opinion was expressed by Russian opposition journalist Igor Yakovenko to Channel 24 .
Lukashenka turns into Putin's “pocket” dictator
This is another step towards severing relations with Kiev and an attempt to prove his loyalty to Putin – another step towards turning Lukashenka into Putin's “pocket” dictator, a Russian opposition journalist said.
At the same time, the last barrier that the self-proclaimed president of Belarus will never overcome is the introduction of Belarusian troops into the territory of Ukraine. However, such a scenario is unlikely, since it means the actual destruction of law enforcement agencies in Belarus. As well as the transformation of Lukashenka into a person who will completely depend on Putin.
