According to Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, Alexander Lukashenko called the massacre in Bucha by a “psychological special operation carried out by the British.”
“What nonsense and an attempt to turn everything upside down in order to hide the crimes. The Belarusian dictator is to blame for them just like Putin. After all, Russian soldiers have arrived to Bucha from the territory of Belarus with the consent of the regime,” Tikhanovskaya said.
