According to him, on the evening of February 6, he attended an urgent meeting with the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov, at which they discussed an important draft law on mobilization for Ukraine.
— As a result of the meeting, it was concluded that this bill must be adopted by parliament in the first reading. This is what I address to the people’s deputies. By the second reading, the comments from the Office of the Ombudsman can be resolved, — he said.

Previously, Dmitry Lubinets reported that he had a number of comments to bill No. 10449, since certain provisions of the document do not comply with the Constitution of Ukraine.
Among the mentioned norms, the Ombudsman listed, in particular, issues related to electronic summonses, travel abroad, military registration, graduate students, and the like.
