There was an explosion in Kursk at 21:10. However, the occupiers are convincing that their aviation is working.
This was stated by the governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoit.
“At about 21 :10 a loud sound was recorded in Kursk. According to our military, aviation of the Ministry of Defense is operating at high altitude. There is no reason for concern,” Starovoit wrote.

Explosions in Kursk were heard on September 24th. Local residents reported hearing them at the airport. The fire engines went there. The invaders did not provide official information.
The Russians said that “Ukrainian saboteurs” were firing at them in the Kursk region. It happened on September 9th. The allegedly damaged checkpoint with riot police and the National Guard.
