On Russian telegram channels at 10:19 they began to complain that in Rostov and Taganrog they heard a sound similar to an explosion. At that time, city authorities did not comment on the situation.

Subsequently, other monitoring channels noted that all areas of Taganrog heard an explosion and roar. “The roar was also heard in the Neklinovsky, Matveevo-Kurgan and Myasnikovsky districts, in Rostov, Bataysk, Azov, Aksi, Chaltyr and even in Zernograd!” the message says.

After about 20 minutes, new information appeared in Russian telegram channels, where they talked about the reaction of the government in the Rostov region.
