Subsequently, other monitoring channels noted that all areas of Taganrog heard an explosion and roar. “The roar was also heard in the Neklinovsky, Matveevo-Kurgan and Myasnikovsky districts, in Rostov, Bataysk, Azov, Aksi, Chaltyr and even in Zernograd!” the message says.

After about 20 minutes, new information appeared in Russian telegram channels, where they talked about the reaction of the government in the Rostov region.
