The High Anti-Corruption Court has chosen preventive measures for the former head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration and the former director of the department, imposing a number of duties on them.

According to the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, preventive measures were applied to the former head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration and the former director of one of the departments.
They are suspected of abuses during road repairs in the Dnipropetrovsk region, as a result of which damage was caused to the territorial community in the amount of more than 286 million UAH.

As the press secretary of the SAP Olga Postolyuk told Ukrainian journalists, this is about the former head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA Valentina Reznicenko.
The court chose a preventive measure for the former head of the OVA in the form of bail in the amount of UAH 30 million with the imposition of appropriate procedural obligations.
Now he is required to appear at the first request of a detective, prosecutor or court, report a change in his place of residence, and not leave the Dnipropetrovsk region without the appropriate permission.
He must refrain from communicating with other suspects and witnesses in the case, and also wear an electronic means of control.
To the former director the court applied a preventive measure in the form of bail in the amount of 15 million UAH.
Recently, NABU and SAP exposed a large-scale equipment in the Dnipropetrovsk region in the road sector, as a result of which, during the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, the state budget of Ukraine suffered more than 286 million UAH in losses.
