The invaders are forced to take such actions, because during the entire occupation, the townspeople have demonstrated their unwillingness to cooperate with them.

The Office of the President emphasizes that the situation in the Kherson region is critical. Currently, military operations are underway in the region. Residential facilities and civilian infrastructure fall under the shelling. Therefore, the townspeople have to sit all day in basements and cellars to escape enemy shells.

In Kherson, partisans blew up the favorite restaurant of collaborators

• This was announced by the head of the Kherson police department Gennady Laguta. He noted that paramedics had arrived at the scene. So far, it is known that the restaurant's waiter was injured.
• The adviser to the head of the Kherson OVA on issues of territorial defense, Sergei Khlan, said that the explosion in the institution did not just happen. As it turned out, it was just a favorite place for collaborators.
