The occupiers in the Luhansk region have established cruel orders/Channel 24
In the Russian-occupied areas of the Lugansk region, the occupation administration is “strengthening control over the movement of vehicles: the new restrictions are likely caused by the activation of the local resistance movement. Further – in the exclusive blog for the Channel 24 website.”
The so-called “Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport” of infidels, at the direction of the leader of the quasi-republic Leonid Pasechnik, has made changes to the procedure for issuing tickets for bus routes by bus stations in the Lugansk region.Kafirs are tightening the screws
So, according to the instructions of Gauleiter Pasechnik, it was decided to amend the order of the so-called “Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport” dated May 6, 2022 No. 189-OD, which establishes new rules for the sale of bus tickets by bus stations.
In particular, the requirement for bus stations to issue tickets for travel on suburban and intercity bus routes with the indication of the passenger's personal data is excluded. The sale of tickets for suburban and intercity traffic at the ticket offices of bus stations will be carried out in the usual manner.
At the same time, tickets for travel by “international” (between parts of the Luhansk region and Donetsk region seized by Russians) bus routes from June 9, 2022 plan to issue a birth certificate solely on the basis of the passenger's identity document (passport/passport identity document) living in the territory of the “non-republic”, a birth certificate).
The enemy is scared
The tightening of control by the occupation administration over the movement of the civilian population of the occupied regions of the Lugansk region is caused by two factors.
The first is the activation of the local resistance movement. As previously reported, representatives of the resistance movement of the Luhansk region repeatedly recorded and transmitted to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Ukrainian special services the coordinates of the basing of personnel and heavy armored vehicles of the Russians.
The other day, thanks to the information provided by local sources of the GI “Pravoe Delo” and the efforts of Ukrainian defenders, pontoon crossings near the villages of Belogorovka and Serebryanka, and artillery batteries of the enemy D-30, which “nightmare” residential areas of cities controlled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, were destroyed.
Second – on the territory of the occupied regions of Lugansk and Donetsk regions, the forced mobilization of local residents into the ranks of illegal armed groups continues.
According to available information, in the Luhansk region, the Russians plan to call up to 60,000 men. However, due to the low motivation of the “conscripts” and their unwillingness to fight as “cannon fodder”, the mobilization plan was in danger of failure.
According to the analytical department of the GI “Pravoe Delo”, in mid-May the Kremlin was forced to send a special commission to Lugansk to check the state of combat readiness of the Russian troops.
Thus, the introduction of mandatory indication of the personal data of bus passengers may be aimed at identifying both representatives of the resistance movement and “deserters” and “evaders”.
Recall that the infidels also announced their intention to resume direct rail communication between the territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions under their control and the annexed Crimea through the so-called “land corridor”.
< p>Such actions pursue not only the accelerated “integration” of the occupied territories into Russia, but also the improvement of the economic and military logistics of the occupying forces.
