The problem of hours-long alarms, which is associated with a MiG taking off into the air, can be solved by the types of warnings.
Military expert Alexander Musienko announced this on air at the United News telethon.
“It seems to me that this can be decided by the types of alarms and warnings that may appear. That is, when there is immediately a warning that this is some kind of planned flight of one MiG unit, that is, this is one MiG that flies over the Black Sea, accordingly it has one missile. Of course, we don’t know whether there will be a launch or not. And, for example, let’s say for some regions, especially the South, there will be little time to go into shelter,” he says.
Therefore, according to the expert, it is possible to make a gradation according to where the MiG flies and where it is at the moment. Thus, it will be possible to determine for which territories the alarm is the highest priority and calculate the time of approach of a possible missile, Musienko notes.
