Sanctions against Russia — what is known
The West has launched a series of unprecedented sanctions against Russia since the start of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Since 2022, Kyiv's European allies, as well as the United States and Asian countries, have repeatedly expanded economic and trade relations aimed at blockading the Russian military machine.
In June 2024, the EU introduced the 14th package of anti-Russian sanctions.
